Cleft lip and palate, maxillofacial trauma, orbital reconstruction, and microtia ear reconstruction — performed by our craniomaxillofacial-credentialed surgeon with international fellowship training.
Overview
We treat congenital craniofacial conditions, post-traumatic deformities, and complex acquired conditions of the face, skull, and jaw. Many of our craniofacial patients are referred through international charity and aid networks; we maintain a small pro-bono pathway alongside our private practice.
The consultation
Comprehensive consultation includes 3D imaging where appropriate, photographic documentation, and multidisciplinary review with orthodontics, speech therapy, and ENT depending on case. Treatment plans for congenital cases often span multiple operations across years of growth.
Our approach
We follow international protocols for cleft repair (Millard or Mohler for lip; two-flap palatoplasty for palate). For trauma we restore anatomy first; refine aesthetics later. For microtia, we offer rib-graft and Medpor approaches depending on age and anatomy.
The team
Craniofacial work requires a multidisciplinary team. Our network includes orthodontists for cleft and orthognathic, speech therapists for cleft palate, paediatric anaesthetists for paediatric cases, and ENT for microtia. Travel patients are coordinated by a senior concierge with paediatric or complex-care background.
